Nobø Connect now with Zigbee

Nobø is following the industry standard and making the SPC and SWT follow the Standard HVAC cluster library in the Zigbee 3.0 standard. What does this mean to you? This means that the devices are open but not yet certified and ready for most Zigbee 3.0 system straight of the box.

ConfigR

Just installed SPC or SWT? Update to Zigbee 3.0 by downloading the ConfigR app (iOS/Android). Create a user, and add your devices. See the video and manual below for guidance.

Which system?

In theory you should be able to use any system that supports Zigbee 3.0. But in a real-world scenario, this all depends on the Hub/ app provider. The Following systems have been tested and verified.: Futurehome, Onics Eva and Homey. As we go along we are testing more systems and will update the list. Please note that these devices are currently not Zigbee Certified Products. They implement standard Zigbee clusters, but certification by the Connectivity Standards Alliance is still pending.

Which Firmware do I have?

If you are unsure of which Firmware your device has there is an easy way to check this. On the SPC push down the wheel and hold it down for 8-9 second, then release. A screen will pop up and show you which Firmware currently installed. On the SWT just hold the confirmation button for 8-9 seconds and same screen will pop up. Firmware that contains Standard Zigbee will be 3.18 or higher.
